FACILTIES
With the recent building expansion in conjunction with our newly formed College of Education and Human Sciences, we are excited about the multiple opportunities our facility provides for collaboration across disciplines. Primarily housed on the fourth floor of the newly named Nancy Randolph Davis Building (previously Human Sciences), the interior design program offers drafting studios, computer labs, a state-of-the-art Mixed Reality Lab, Textile Lab, and the newest addition of the Human Environmental Factors Lab.
The Mixed Reality Lab provides students and researchers opportunities to conduct classes and large-scale virtual reality research projects.
The approximately 700 sq. ft. Human Environmental Factors Lab allows students and faculty to preform adaptable, state-of-the-art human factors research, as well as receive support in new pedagogical approaches in order to prepare a new generation of professionals in design, health care and the social sciences.
